David LaDuca has enjoyed a  professional singing and acting career for over 35 years, entertaining audiences from Hawaii to Hong Kong, South Africa to Singapore, almost every country in Europe, Las Vegas, Japan, and many places in between. He has performed his extensive Great American Songbook repertoire backed by Delfeayo Marsalis, the Richard Brown Orchestra, the Conrad Johnson Big Band as well as solo performances in his BroadwayWorld Award-winning one-man show “RetroLounge.”

He especially enjoys performing for Senior Communities, as music connects memories in profound ways.

David has appeared on Broadway (Damn Yankees), Off-Broadway (Return to the Forbidden Planet, Pageant), National and European tours. He has performed in productions on regional theatre stages such as Seattle Rep, Arena Stage, McCarter Theatre/Princeton University, Theatre Under The Stars, AD Players, Main Street Theater, and Texas Repertory Theatre. Mr. LaDuca's musical play “The Open Door,” was produced at the Sanford Meisner Theatre in New York. His designs won nominations for Best Music and Best Costumes for the Straw Hat Musical Theatre Awards. Film credits include “Theft,” “Abrupt Decision," “Foster Care,” “Good After Bad.”

Television starring role appearances include playing Hugh Hefner in “Murder Made Me Famous,” two seasons as the prickly Mr. Pesckow on the sitcom “The Wannabes,“ “HBO’s Hardcore TV,” as well as numerous commercial, voiceover, and industrial film credits.

He enjoys his work with Writers In The Schools teaching creative writing camps and his “Let’s Make a Movie” workshops.

Mr. LaDuca is also a Creative Director and  video content producer  for several Fortune 500 companies. (List on request)

David currently serves on the Board for Express Children’s Theatre. He served 6 years on the Houston Arts Alliance Board of Director, as well as two years on its Avisory Board. Near and dear to his heart is helping special needs children express themselves through music with his program "Expressivo!" at Every Child Counts, a school for special students in the Bahamas, whose choir has won several Bahamian national arts awards under his leadership.
